The project target group is composed by: Teaching staff, researchers and post-graduate students of the African Universities involved in the project, staff from project associates, EU Universities staff involved.

The academic staff of the African Universities will benefit from the project in terms of contribution to strengthen research and innovation capacity in agriculture and in the application of Biofarming Systems. University staff and post-graduate students will be directly involved in the implementation of the action. This will allow them to be the main actors of the design of the training plan. Therefore the action will maximize the fulfilment of their needs.
